What An Assessment Includes

Each assessment begins with a private discussion about your current medical conditions and any discomfort experienced during your working routine.

We observe how you sit while working, review your chair, desk and workstation setup, check your screen height, keyboard and mouse positioning, assess posture and movement during tasks and identify any risks that may cause strain or injury.

Clear and practical recommendations are provided.

Following your assessment you will receive a full written report detailing our findings and recommendations. Where beneficial this may include suggestions for ergonomic furniture, seating, computer peripherals and accessories. All recommendations are made solely on the basis of your individual needs.

ERGONOMICS & ASSESSMENTS

Why An Ergonomic Assessment Works

Working at a poorly set up workstation every day takes a toll on your body. Discomfort, fatigue and long-term musculoskeletal problems are common consequences — and in most cases, entirely preventable with the right assessment and adjustments.

Our goal is simple: adjust the setup to fit the person, reduce physical strain and support healthier working habits.

All assessments are provided completely free of charge with no obligation to purchase.

Personal, Consistent Support

Ergonomics is not just equipment — it’s how people interact with their workspace.

Assessments focus on practical adjustments that improve comfort, posture and day-to-day working experience.

If you experience discomfort while working, speak to your manager or occupational health team to arrange an assessment.
